I have been really settled on my current hrt ( 125 estradot and mirena coil) for the last few months. Had mirena fitted over 18 months ago, and the immediate spotting\light bleeds stopped completely after about 3 months.
Although I am 57 I still get pms symptoms every 4 weeks without fail so assume I am still peri 😠 but for the last 3 months I have have very slight shows of (dark) blood, again every 4 weeks so educated guess is it is a period as such.
Should I be worried at this unexpected ' bleed ' given that it only happens at that time in my cycle? Or should a have it checked at gp surgery?
