Morning.   :welcomemm:  it was awful for me.  At one point I knew where every waste bin was situated in local shops!

I suffered in the 48 hours prior to a bleed too.  So definitely hormonal 4 me.  What R your periods doing?

Ginger is supposedly good.

Yes …. nausea was one of my worst symptoms in peri and post. It was 24 hours a day and I couldn’t eat . x

U could try 'kwells' or other types of anti-travel sickness meds though some can cause drowsiness.

What time of day is it? I'd get mine in the morning or early hours. Would a snack like oatcakes or a banana help?

I find, like Penguin, that snacks really help. I always had ginger oatcakes and lemon sherbets  near me. Also sipping water helped. Now post menopausal and on HRT I have  less nausea but same snacks help when needed

Melissa tincture from the health food shop is really good. A few drop in water takes nausea away for hours.

Ooh that's a good tip, is there a specific brand you recommend?

I try to eat B4 my body needs energy = nausea  >:( in the last week though I've had background nausea which fortunately doesn't keep me awake.

I eat a good muesli for breakfast; banana mid morning; lunch is my hardest meal of choices ; snack. mid-afternoon and cooked evening meal between 5.30 and 6.30 .  Then supper.

I can't remember the brand but just make sure you get it from a good independent health food shop or online from a good retailer. It's good stuff.

I didn’t have this symptom in peri, but was affected severely by nausea in post meno. Since I sorted out my problem with estrogen, nausea is gone and doesn’t come back any more.
