My doctor is concerned that I'm not absorbing enough of Evorel 50 as recent test results indicated a very low level of estrogen. She's going to retest, but is talking about oral estrogen as a potential option.
I wondered what people recommended? I like transdermal as it bypasses the liver and is bodyidentical. Is there a body identical oral prescription?
And my concern is also about weight gain and bloating - is any particular oral estrogen better than others?
Thanks very much,
J

Hi I moved from the patches to the gel due to poor absorption and that was effective. I had a history of migraines so I won’t have the tablet form.
