Title: Bleeding after oestrogel before progesterone

Hi
Is my cycle weird? I take 1 pump Estrogen morning and night then 12 days provera. The last 3 months I have having a period at the end of the Estrogen cycle as I start provera.

Am I not supposed to bleed after the provera? Anyone else had this?

Yes it is unusual and depends where you are in menopause, and what your cycle was doing before you started HRT - whether you are peri, or post-meno etc. Looks like your natural cycle is still strong and is overriding the HRT one. You could tweak it and reset your cycle, so that you start counting your first day of bleeding as Day 1 and then recommence the Provera on Day 15  and hope you synchronise the bleeds - but of course with peri-menopause once cycles begin to become erratic, the tweaking may not work and become out of sync again! Yes the usual pattern is to bleed towards the end of the progestogen phase or just after withdrawal of the prog.
