Can taking tumeric effect your bleed ?
-
I would think that it depends on how you take it and how much you consume. As with most herbs, 1 would need to eat a lot to get much benefit. R U using HRT at all?

I was having fresh with ginger - juiced and having a dessert spoon with keifer a day . The ginger is 200g and tumeric 50g & lasts about 2 weeks . I’m trailing now with out it to see what next happens next cycle . Yes on hrt with Utrogesten 12 on 16off to force a cycle . Had an ablation 10 years ago which stopped bleeding & confused by cycle and perimenopause .

I've been taking ginger and tumeric as supplements for years (organic, comparably high doses) plus drinking freshly pressed ginger (one cup) every morning.
It had and has very positive effects on anything concerning digestion (and some of the probs coming with meno-symptoms) but I never noticed any effect on my bleeding.
Hope that helps!
