Hi
Does anyone else get really bad period type cramps during the 14 days of Utrogestan (and bloating)? I don't know if it's the utro causing it or too low or high Estrogen? Some months it's not as bad but sometimes is bad enough that I have to take painkillers. Very annoying!
Thank you x

I take the utrogestan vaginally at night for 12 days and, for most nights, get low level cramps within half an hour of inserting it, plus a load of other side effects which mean i am now taking a break from hrt. They don't require painkillers but it definitely impacts me down there.
