I'm back here checking on stuff again lol, was here a while back talking about stuff.
So as currently going through anxiety, hot flushes, periods been off then normal for a little, then sometimes spotting in the middle for a few days then it goes off. hot baths and hot water, cooking just sends me into hotness and hot food, feeling spaced out and the new thing arrived, flipping loose stools first thing in the morning. fine all day, but every morning, well most morning's it hits me, i do find when im anxious it gets worse. Like where does this end? i just really wish things were back to normal honestly. has anyone had a problem with loose stools on a morning?

Early morning is when cortisol is at its worst,I used to wake to adrenaline rushes,like butterflies in my stomach, so your loose stools could be down to that,do check with your Dr though,as they do say any changes should be reported x

I have no fever or cramps, no weight loss, so they they think its not that bad. They said to keep an eye on it bascially. I have ibs, i dunno if the meno is making my body super sensitive.

It can do,meno can cause reflux or even silent reflux and also heighten any food intolerances, I was diagnosed with IBS many many moons ago but in the last 6 years or so,I've realised it's a wheat intolerance,isn't menopause a hoot? >:(

yeah it sucks, I have ibs too, i cannot eat wheat gluten either. Ive been finding though that stress seems to be affecting me more than ever. seems like a big trigger at the min
