Title: All day nausea & stomach cramps

Hi,
Does anyone suffer with nausea and stomach cramps?
The first couple of hours after waking up are the worst, I just feel terrible! Then I have waves of nausea all day and today awful stomach cramps as well.
I have been on gel & tablet HRT for only 1 month.
Prior to starting HRT, I was anxious, very weepy, nauseous, aching joints &  felt generally rubbish .
Is there any advice out there?

How many pumps of gel are you using ?

I’ve been started on 2 pumps with a review in 3 months x

Nausea was one of my worst menopausal symptoms. It was constant. It disappeared when I was on the right dose of gel. x
