Title: Shoulder and neck pain
Post by: Happygal on April 05, 2024, 10:55:54 AM
Has anyone got shoulder and neck pain? Kind of like pressure.Using heat on it but not really helping.Have read that magnesium spray is good so have ordered some as I read it also helps with insomnia, which I also have! Doctor thought pain was possibly anxiety or stress.I had Polymyalgia Rheumatica a year ago but it is a different kind of pain and I couldn't move well when I had it.

Yes to this as well. Head won't help unless you do stretching as well. Look up yoga stretches for neck and shoulders, you can do the neck ones in the shower with the jet going on your neck x

You could try magnesium butter, that's good for muscles, I use it on my legs sometimes
