Title: Cut patch in half

Hello
 I thought I would decrease my hrt 50 everol conti by half. Because I was feeling better. Now my anxiety and nervousness and lightheadedness is back. Would this anxiety and nervousness etc be because I cut my patch down. Thank you.

Hi yes , by cutting the patch you have halved the dose of oestrogen. If you felt better on the full patch it’s because you need the full amount of oestrogen.

Thank you. I've had a full patch back on for a week. I'm hoping it won't take too long to adjust. I had 6 B12 injections a while ago. So they should help.
