Sorry I forgot you are on 876 threads. Yes took Piriton and it calmed down. I'm on gel and fortnightly tablets x

My daughter suffers this and we are still trying to sort it..i seriously think its hormones..but we arnt sure yet..as she has other reactions to food dyes and anxiety.. its a slow process but its working for us..U know your body hun think about it and what going on in ya life gd luck

Histamine reaction perhaps? Estrogen is related to histamine, although I'm not sure how but worth a look!

You could try taking an anti histamine and, if if works, then you'll know!
