I recently went for a transvaginal scan after heavy bleeding and they mentioned that I was ovulating. That was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't had a period. Anyone had similar as struggling to work out what's going on.

When I had my last ultrasound I was told I was ovulating, as I was hoping to be close to post menopause I freaked out, thinking I was still having cycles. I asked my doctor about it and she said not to worry, you can still show signs of ovulation after your periods have stopped. Probably 6 months after that ultrasound I was confirmed as post menopause. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Yes you can still occasionally ovulate after your last period without a bleed for a while until the ovaries gradually close down. It's called rouge ovalation.
