I restarted my hrt patches just before Christmas so about 8 weeks ago and also use Vagifem for VA, for the last 5 days I have noticed some staining and occasionally very pale pink discharge on wiping. Why is adulting so stressful

Staining may be due to the patches : which are U using : as well as vaginal atrophy, R U using Vagifem nightly?

Evorel conti and using 2x weekly but uncomfortable so may need to up my vagifem.

U can use VA treatment every night if necessary.

I experienced pink on wiping on the Evorel. It scared me initially but was reassured when I spoke to the lovely ladies here & my practice nurse. It would seem it’s quite common..I hope that reassures you because I know the anxiety these new little surprises can bring xx
