Title: Estrogen in the morning and Utrogestan at night?
Post by: Talli on February 05, 2024, 09:39:23 PM
Hello I’m hoping for some of you ladies expert advice :)
I have just started taking Lenzetto spray and Utrogestan.
On the leaflet for Utro it says to take it at bedtime and at the same time as your estrogen but the leaflet for Lenzetto seems to imply you take it on the morning. So I’m confused.
Is it ok to take Lenzetto in the morning and the Utro at night?
Thank you all!!!

Yes, Lenzetto in the morning and Utrogestan at night would be the usual way. Utrogestan can cause drowsiness, which is why night time administration is recommended.

Thank you. That’s put my mind at rest :)
It just confused me when it said that Utro should be taken at the same time as estrogen. I took it to mean that same of day but I also figured it made sense to take estrogen in the morning.
Thanks again! X
