So, months on from my Mirena and single spray of lenzetto my night sweats have returned and I’m just feeling rubbish.
I decided to get a full hormone panel from medichecks to see if it could shed any light as have been wary about increasing spray. I’ve posted before about this concern and know I’m on such a low dose.
Results showed testosterone on low end at 0.36. Oestrogen was 1,500 - however I’ve since read that sprays aren’t good for blood tests as pool under skin - the blood was taken from same arm I had sprayed only 2 hours before …. a mere inch or two from the jab site…🤦♀️
Now wondering if should consider adding testosterone or chance upping to two sprays.
The report just said results in keeping with my current HRT regime..
I’ve started caffeine shampoo for the hair thinning. The dry skin has also returned.
I’m under intense stress due to some marriage problems and I’ve just lost all joy. I’m so scared of changing anything that might make me feel worse….
