Title: Scraggy Nails
Post by: CLKD on February 03, 2024, 03:14:22 PM
Over 12 months I've noticed that there are ridges on my nails from the bed to the tips - probably due to damage over the years. However, 3 nails get ragged and catch on clothing, I've very little left to file down  :-\

When a teen we ate raw jelly  :sick02:  :-X as we believed that it strengthened nails  ::).  I'm due for a pedicure and manicure soon so the condition will be discussed.

Any1 else have this?

Perhaps some vitamins might help, VitC and VitD are supposed to help but research on that might help you more, CLKD.

Tnx.  Apparently it is age related.  I bit my nails for years now I 'go at' the cuticles  :-X

Superglue .........  ;D will have to be careful what I might be handling after applying then  :-* ???
