It could be that if your symptoms are back you need an increase in dose, or even a change in the type.  Have you been on it long?

What HRT are you on and how long have you been on it for?

What stage of menopause are you in?

Hi.  It may be that your own hormones are over riding the HRT.

Keep to this thread. 

Fatigue is common during peri-menopause.  Keep well hydrated and mayB add a daily VitD capsule as during the Winter we can become low.
