Which patch exactly?   Have U tried cutting it into sections as it mayB a sudden hike in dose causing your symptoms. 

MayB put the product name into the search box and read threads?  Your symptoms mayB due to not enough oestrogen replacement. 

Often as I drop off to sleep I step off a kerb which makes me 'jump'.   ::)
