Title: Utrogestan whilst on night shift

Hello all.. just a wee question. Can I take progesterone in the morning before I go to bed after my night shift? I’m just working nights for 2 nights this month. I normally take my progesterone at bedtime. Thanks for your help

You might find the delay triggers a bleed.

My period is due anyway so that doesn’t bother me too much
