Title: Utrogestan/ Oestrogel
Post by: Jennyg on December 19, 2023, 12:40:15 PM
Good morning ladies just looking for some advice my Dr gave me oestrogel pump and utrogestan 100mg. I have to do 2 pumps of oestrogel a day and 1utrogestan tablet a day. I did forget to ask the Dr because I have not had a period since 2014 can I take the utrogestan tablet continuosly or do I have to have a break. I do not want to have a bleed because of my endometriosis and Adenomyosis. Just wondering if any of you ladies could give me some advice.

Take the utrogestan continuously if you are postmenopausal.  Which you say you are.

Hi
If you are post menopausal, then yes, you take the utrogestan continously.
Keep an eye on things though, as oestrogen may stimulate your endo (which I am guessing wouldn't be a good thing).

Hopefully all will be fine.
