Title: Bleeding and headaches
Post by: ATJ on December 19, 2023, 08:59:48 AM
Hi all,

Quick question.  I’ve been on estrogen for 2 years, testogel for 6 months.
For the past 3 months or so I have been spotting and getting headaches.  It was once a month but no it’s two weeks apart maybe.
Does this sound similar to anyone?
I’m thinking maybe I need another pump of estrogen.  I’m only having two at night.

I strength train, walk and practice yoga diet is good.  So all that is good.
Can you suggest anything.
Many thanks in advance

Amanda

Hi
Do you have a womb, or use progesterone? If so, maybe the progesterone needs increasing or changing?

Are you peri or post menopausal? If you are post menopausal, it might be worth ringing your GP, to arrange a scan, just to check all is okay?

Thank you for the reply.
I am still peri, just turned 52.
I have a womb and I have a mirina coil.
