Beside having Vaginal Atrophy, I now have interstitial cystitis .......( and no cure) .What a great future ahead of me........ :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

This can be such a miserable condition so you have my sympathy. You are right that there is no cure but there are different treatments which could lessen the pain. A friend had good results from bladder stretching. There are also different painkillers and pelvic physiotherapy. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/interstitial-cystitis/
