Title: Lenzetto spray increase caused increased breast density

So, that was the main symptom when I increased from one to two sprays. Consequently I dropped back to 1 spray as started worrying I was getting too much.
I’m on Mirena for the progesterone.

Anyway, recently my hair loss is worse, my brain fog worse during certain weeks, dry skin again, mood swings worse, a few palpitations again and BV for the first time in my life the other week.

Not sure whether I should try to up spray again?? Feel like the hormones are wildly out of sync or something and it’s getting me down. :-(

Get an appt to a dedicated menopause clinic.  Keep a mood/food/symptom diary. 

Which symptom did U need to ease first?

Brain fog and general ‘joy’ plus worse hair loss was why I went up to 2 sprays, but the consequential breast increase freaked me out.

Back on 1 spray the breasts have returned to normality which makes me feel happier but brain fog bad which gets me down.

I wonder which hormone upheaval causes brain fog, I understand that it's common in pregnancy ......... do U make lists?
