Hello I’m new to this site . I start HRt patch Evoral sequi April and things were going great sleeping better mood anxiety better but I’ve noticed roughly every 6 weeks or when break thru bleeding starts my sleeping routine breaks and I’m all anxious etc. is this normal ? I spoke to my doctor and they have changed my dosage to Evoral 75 and utrogestan 100mg . Any experience with this please.
