I have no idea what's related to what.
I was on 50mg patch Evorel and Utrogestan. After some tests, low tesosterone, so evorel patch was increased to 75mg to stabilise the introduction of tesosterone.
That was mid September.
In the past few weeks my lower face has been really itchy! And my left ear, which did struggle quite badly with tinnitus but has been ok is now more congested than before.
It's the itchiness I don't understand - it's just there. Do you think it's related? It's not red, inflamed, no eczema etc.

Hormonal upheaval can cause itchy feelings! Particularly a drop in oestrogen.
Who is prescribing your HRT regime? Testosterone prescribed by a menopause clinic? I would contact them.

Thanks, except estrogen isn't dropping - the opposite
