Hi all
I am currently on my 5th week of Evorel Sequi and found on my 1st two weeks on the conti patch I was a bit low (just not as good as the 50 patches). I know its early days and I should give it 3 months. But I wondered if people had successfully switching from this to the above instead. I am just wondering the Utrogestan taken orally for 2 weeks would still have a similar effect. I still have my periods so cant go onto continuous regime yet. Thanks

Yes, you could use an oestrogen only evorel patch and take utro as you suggest. It's normally taken for 12 days a month, days 15-26.
