Has anyone tried the Sleep Bee organic magnesium sleep butter? If so, does it work? It’s very pricey and I’m thinking maybe a good old Epsom salt bath is just as good!
-
U could be the MM Forum Prime Tester ;-)
What is this supposed to ease?
-
Yes softened the feet well!

I've used BetterYou magnesium butter before and I don't think it helped sleep, although did relax my legs when I had restless legs. I suppose the good thing about a cream is you don't then need to have a bath every time you want a good sleep?
-
I bath every evening, it's part of my bed preparation routine. I cured my restless legs by eating small bananas - several a day. I suffered from an early age.
-
It’s supposed to help with sleep and anxiety. But at £31 for a small jar I’m not convinced and I’m sure there are cheaper alternatives!

When I had sleep problems due to high anxiety I had Radio2 on softly by the bed. I have also used 'kwells' anti travel sickness occasionally which gave me a couple of nights of good quality sleep and got me back into a routine.

It’s the morning anxiety and nausea that gets me !

The BetterYou one is a LOT cheaper than that!

I had early morning cortisol surges from 3.30 onwards :-\ I would wake terrified and really nauseous :'(
-
How did you overcome them? Mine are worse at certain times of month
-
My GP gave me Propranolol which is a beta-blocka. It never helps me to know the reasons why my anxiety surges, logic flies out the window!
However, how is your diet? I was advised to eat every 3 hours, 24/7 to help symptoms.
-
Diet is generally good. But not eating every 3/4 hours .
-
Every 3 hours keeps blood sugar levels even = avoiding that sudden lurch when the body needs energy.
-
I don’t want to wake every 3 hrs in night to eat .

Penguin : I’ll take a look at the better you one!
