Title: Progesterone

Hello, I am due to start progesterone tablets tonight for the first time. It says to take oestrogen at the same time. But I've already applied the gel this morning. Should I apply again or just take progesterone on its own tonight? Thanks!

I apply my three pumps of gel in the morning and take my Utrogestan at bedtime….

Thanks Ali! I just noticed it says on the Utrogestan label, but almost didn't notice!
