Title: Taking HRT whilst on holiday

Hello, so sorry if this is a silly question but I am going away tomorrow and there is a 5 hour time difference. I take my HRT  - Femostan conti every morning at 7am… where I am going 7am Uk time will be 2am… do I just take the HRT 7am local time… just worried I might get some break through bleeding by messing up times?

Morning.   Nowt is silly - not a query I've read B4.  Personally I would take my HRT at usual times bodily wise .  R U able to work out on a piece of paper what the corresponding times will be?
