I have been using Ovestin 1 mg cream for about 4 to 5 months now inside and out. I use it about 3 times a week which Gp said was okay. The itching is definately improving but it only seems to be making a slight difference to my bladder problems as I urinate several times a day and a few times in the night. I am being careful what I drink and how much. I am also trying to find a suitable physio to help me with pelvic floor exercises more. I was wondering if I was to use the Ovestin cream more maybe every night both inside and out it might help my bladder problems more, any ideas anyone?

Don't stop drinking.
Do use the ovestin nightly if necessary. Internally and smear a little around the vulval area too. Some require VA treatment nightly regardless of what the leaflet in the box suggests.
Source a physiotherapist interested in womens' health - let us know how you get on. U R on the right track ;-)

Agree with womens health physio, but as a supplement there's pumpkin seed oil that is suppose to be good for urine/bladder problems.
I've recently come across a site called Jude which has good reviews.
Also magnesium hydroxide is suppose to be good.

Many thanks for your helpful replies.

You can use vagifem and ovestin cream together, I have found this helped but still up in might 3 or 4 times, and burning pain.

I used ovestin every night for a 2 months to get those bladder feelings under control. Also drink plenty of liquid
