I'm post meno, 60 yrs old, and 2 - 3 months ago started back on HRT. Estrogen gel (1 pump) and Utrogestan tablet. Only just a few days ago switched to patches (due to migraines returning, fingers crossed the patches help)
Almost immediately I started, I had this odd metallic taste in my mouth that has not changed.
I have noticed in the last few weeks I am feeling slightly nauseous, and sometimes really hungry but not satisfied when I eat, just feel uncomfortable.
Has anyone else had this, any words of wisdom please?? In so many other ways the HRT has made a massive positive difference!!

Haha, thanks for the hug!! Much needed! I was feeling AMAZING after 2 weeks, until I hit 6 weeks, and now, steadily, here come the side effects..... :( :(

Update on this in case it helps someone else in the future, I have now been changed from Evorel patches to EstradermMX and that seems to have helped.
Moving from gel to patches has (until now) resolved the migraine issue.
Moving from Evorel to EstrademMX has settled the low level anxiety/nausea. (I since found a older thread from a lady saying she also had anxiety with patches initially but it had settled)
Fingers crossed there will be no more side effects to surface!!
