Heyyy ladies
Sooooo…. How was everyone’s Monday?
So I’ve been doing good with the Evorel patches! A month in, pretty balanced and a period, all going to plan 😎😎😎 Most annoying symptoms did a runner quite rapidly, flushes etc….
However!!!
Started a new month yesterday with a new estrogen patch for the next 2 weeks…and after an hr of it being on I’ve had the HOTTEST 24 hrs of my life 🤯🤯🤯 my hot flushes always just came in the face and then stopped when I started the patches…well my face has been on fire for the last day:…
Has anyone experienced flushes still persisting in a stop/start kind of fashion?
Or, interestingly, was wondering if anyone knew if Illness can affect the patches working? If you have the onset of a cold or flu or covid do you think it could interfere with the patch and stop it working its magic? I feel very rough like I may have some kind of winter snuffles..my mum said any kind of infection could maybe stop HRT working?

Well certainly Covid is documented as altering womens' cycle in that some bled even after not having experienced periods for several years.

Oh wow really!!! Thank u x

MayB put the product name into the search box to see how others have reacted to the regime, make notes ;-)

I did quite a thorough search and could only find that it eradicated the flushes within the first 2 weeks…which it did…for 2 weeks and then returned 😂🤦♀️

MayB U need to hike the medication: not all at once so as not to over whelm the bodies on hormone.
Hopefully some1 will be along with advice. I believe that with patches they can be cut in half .... but don't quote me on it, it can be Trial and Error.

Aaah was thinking that, if it persists may need to do some raising/lowering….thank u xx
