Does anyone know, or can point me i the right direction to  what the guidelines are for post menopausal bleeding on hrt . The guidelines that the GPS should follow ? Thank you ladies x

If you are post menopausal ( not on hrt ) then any bleeding should be investigated on the two week pathway.

If you’re post menopausal and settled on hrt then the same applies as above.

If you’re post menopausal and starting or changing hrt then bleeding can be expected for up to 6 months.

I’ve had investigations done 4 times … thankfully everything was ok each time. x
