Title: Coming off hrt

Has anyone come off hrt successfully and how did you do it?

I’ve been told I gave to come off Hrt as I’m having a hysterectomy soon. No idea how I’m going to do it to be honest.

Each time I’ve tried to come off HRT, I’ve failed miserably.

Why do you want to come off it?

I've tried reducing the dose 3 times now but every time symptoms have returned. Some people find symptoms don't return so you may be lucky. I would try reducing and see how you feel.
