Title: Increase in Estrogen and daily headaches
Post by: Noheroicsplease on September 14, 2023, 07:00:33 AM
Morning,

On the advice of the consultant, I've increased my estrogen (Evorel) from 50 to 75mg patch twice weekly.

Actually, I've cut up 50s patches until my new lot come in, and have just worn an extra half.

Anyway, I am having a lot of headaches. I assume it must be because of that. Is that normal? Will it settle?

I don’t know the answer but wanted to message in solidarity. I’m a migraine sufferer of 25 years and increased my patch from 110 to 125 two months ago. My headaches are worse, my skin is terrible and I just don’t feel any improvement. I’m not sure either whether it takes a while so I’m going back to my GP. I think oestrogen can be associated with more headache
