Just passing on information on Qwell an NHS mental heatlh service that i had not heard of until yesterday. There was an information stand at a diversity fair i went to. Not a typo and yes spelt Qwell with a W.

It offers a chat service and well as a forum, articles etc for ages 18 to 90.  Anonymous and no need to go via a GP.

Hello ladies.

This looks like an interesting service.

I was talking to a friend the other day and in our area the waiting time for CBT is six months for an over the phone consultation and eight months for a face to face meeting.

This service obviously isn't the same but hopefully it will be of use to some people.
