I’ve been using Tostran gel (tiny amount daily) since sort 2019, it duesnt really help libido, but it dies help my GSM and energy levels.
I’ve now been told by my pharmacy that tostran us no longer available, but my doctors are struggling to find a suitable alternative as my Tostran prescription always said 1/3 pump daily equating to 3.3 mg testosterone.
It’s not easy to know/measure exactly how much I use to be honest. I don’t always use it every day and just squirt a tiny spot on my thigh.
What testosterone do you ladies use please? And at what dose?
My Tostran canister lasts me approx a year

Testogel sachets (not the pump) is the easiest to use, one eigth of a sachet per day. The formulation in the Testogel pump is too strong for women, but some manage with it. Difficult to measure the dose, though.
There is also Testim, in little tubes. One tube to last ten days.

I've been given testogel sachets as Tostran isn't available. No idea how you're supposed to measure 1/8 of a sachet accurately.

It doesn't have to be that accurate, as long as you don't use more than one sachet every 8 days. The daily dose is the well known "pea sized blob". If there is a lot left on day 8, use all the remainder. If sachet is empty by day 7, miss out on day 8. My sachets generally last 9 days 🙄, which seems enough for me 😊.

I've got the pump - & I'm supposed to use 1 pump every 3 days
But I have a syringe, so I take the plunger out and fill it with my 'one pump'
Then split it evenly between the 3 days I'm only a few weeks in but I think it's working for me
