Title: HRT - Evoral Seque stopped working

Hi Everyone - I am 59 and have been using Evoroal Sequa HRT patches for about 10 years (I know I need to come off them) - they have always given me regular periods but last month I didn't have a bleed - has anyone else experienced this please?

Hi - just because you dont have a bleed does not mean they have stopped working. 15% of women don't have bleeds on sequential HRT. Just means the womb lining hasn't built up. If you're happy to remain on cyclical HRT then do carry on, otherwise perhaps you could consider Evorel conti? You don't need to come off them unless there is a medical reason for this?
