Title: Can you take Red Clover with HRT?

Does anyone know if you can take Red Clover with HRT?

I think it's quite a mild and natural oestrogen and it might raise levels in a less 'intense' way than an increase of HRT?

Anyway just thinking out loud and wondering if anyone knows   :)

Good question.
Might have to research into that one. Some herbs impact the efficacy of certain HRT products I’m sure.

When I want to check interactions I always ring 2 or 3 pharmaiststs up (just to ensure each one says the same, as sometimes ive had the odd one who says something different).
I also type in drug interaction checker into Google,  and type in the medication I want checking on the website that cones up (in your case type your hrt name, and then do it again but type red clover).
