Title: Lenzetto and Weight Gain?

Hi,
I'm considering starting Lenzetto and wondered whether anyone has any experience with it and whether it caused them weight gain? I was on 1/12 of a pump of oestrogel and had terrible bloating for a year and a half and put on 1kg in water weight which never really left. Am I just super sensitive to oestrogen possibly?

Hi!  Welcome.  Why did U begin HRT? 

Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary useful.  I hate that bloating, with accompanying nausea  >:(.  Oestrogen is a natural hormone so it may be that U could try a different replacement - often progesterone gives problems.

Let us know how you get on.  I suggest that you get an app to see a dedicated menopause clinic, not a gynae.  There are waiting lists so getting a referral early might be the way to go, it can be cancelled nearer the time.
