Title: Too much oestrogen? Different progesterone
Post by: Pwk1! on August 14, 2023, 07:58:31 AM
Hello. My Dr recently upped my oestrogen patch from 75 to 100mg. I had been on 100mg cyclogest every other night but had light bleeding and felt tired so tried utrogestan orally again. Just 1 tablet but since then and upping my oestrogen I have been having tight feeling in chest, anxious stomach and had 2 panic attacks yesterday.  Has anyone else had similar symptoms when they increased their oestrogen mg. I think I may be progesterone intolerant too - have tried mirena but that was not good for me. Nor was evorel conti with noristherone.  Has anyone else used another progesterone product?

Provera is an alternative progesterone.

Hey. I know this is an old post but I am struggling with anxiety and I am wondering about is it estrogen or progesterone. Did you find anything out?
