I used to take health and her menopause supplements and the doctor said it was ok to use them as she checked the packaging, now I change my HRT patches to everol conti Patches since August 1st I not used menopause supplements because as everol patches got progesterone in them (red clover is a sort of progesterone according to Google
Is it safe to continue to use the supplements as my doctor did say that I need to use multivitamins

'her menopause supplements' :-\. Which doctor OKed them, a GP or?
One shouldn't require supplements with HRT. Many alternatives may interfere with over the counter as well as prescribed medications. Also, alternatives shouldn't be taken for more than 3 months at a time. Some find that when hormone upheaval begins, any benefits felt disappear ::)
Is there anything in particular that you would like to ease first?

I think you can ask this question via the Health and Her website.
I think you need to be careful as some of them contain adaptogens. But not all of them.

I've taken VitD out days for a few months. I have wondered this week whether to try a multi-vit as we've got Covid >:(. I'll check with our pharmacist.

I asked on the health and her website and they said Don't use the menopause supplements along with Hrt patches as they won't have any impact
And I went to my pharmacy she spoke to the head of pharmacist and said don't use the menopause supplements as they won't work along with everol patches if you want to take multivitamins use the cheap versions like boots A-Z multivitamins

I was looking for your post as I bought a bottle about the same time you posted. Took my first capsule today and remembered your post, so not advisable to take with HRT, Holland and Barrett assure me it was fine to take along side ??? 😒
