Hi ladies can anyone recommend a good app (preferably free or cheap) for stress/anxiety - my levels are through the roof !

Much appreciated

I haven't tried it yet, but have been recommended Breathwrk (this is how it is spelt!) which has a range of free breathing exercise to calm down.

Also Headspace is meant to be good.

Plus Michael Healey sleep hypnosis on YouTube (I use even when I don't want to sleep!)

Hey Penguin

Ive just tried the Michael Healey hypnosis on Youtube and I managed to fall asleep after about 30 minutes - it was wonderful.  I didn't think it was going to work as at first I couldn't relax - could feel my heart thumping - but when I woke up an hour later I realised it had !
Thank you so much for sharing I will continue to explore his other videos too   :thankyou:

Ooh I'm so glad it helped! There's a 2 hour one I use when I do want to sleep and it really helps having such a long one, I'm definitely asleep by the end of it!

An absolutely brilliant app I use called 'Dare'.

It has helped me so much. Helps you cope with anxiety and panic attacks .

So easy to use and navigate.

I highly recommend.

I use a mix of Insight Timer app and Calm app - I only use the free versions and they’re great. I especially use them at night to give my brain something else to focus on.
