Hi everyone
I'm 53, no 54 (something like that 🤣) and I have been having erratic period for years. 3 months ago I had a long, light period which lasted about 3 weeks, and had nothing since. So I know my body is changing. Since then though I seem to be lightheaded, not quite dizzy, and worse when I look at a screen for a long time. In the last few weeks I have been on a cruise, a flight, had covid for the third time, started a new job, had a few worries with my adult daughter, and have on going worries with my very poorly dad. So I know I've got a lot on.
However, I did wonder if anyone else suffers/ suffered with dizziness when periods change due to hormones?
I'm not on any meds and feel I'm coping psychologically, but just doing my research x

Oh yes, lightheaded, dizziness, vertigo etc, definitely meno symptoms. They come and go, or in my case, mostly come and don’t like going.

Yep. I have a nerve in the back of my neck which if I move suddenly, makes me feel lightheaded >:( - it happened about 10 mins ago! Also, if I'm tired this sensation becomes worse. I've had vertigo years ago and know that this is different. Sometimes my brain seems to be catching up with head movement :o ::)
