Hi I have a diet question ...
I am thinking of doing a green smoothie 10 day diet and wondered if anyone here knows whether that would be a bad idea whilst taking HRT?
Basically, it's a 'green' smoothie (involving some kind of green veg) for breakfast and lunch and then a 'sensible' 3rd meal.
I am taking oral oestrogen and progesterone via a Mirena coil.
Thanks.
PS it's for weight loss, not health benefit.

It sounds like it's a good idea to me.
I'm not a pharmacist though so I would just check that any of the ingredients aren't contraindications to HRT. I shouldn't imagine they are if they are just fresh green unprocessed veg.
Good luck.
