Any help please ,age 60 i ha very arthritis in spine and neck so on lots of medication ,has anybody else suffered with burning down below with like a pressure feeling ,also I cant stop eating sweet things ,my weight is 9 stone 2 lbs which is not much but it is with arthritis on back ,tried hrt didn't suit with bad headaches ,any help or herbal ideas I'd be grateful its never ending .

When you say burning down below, could this be vaginal atrophy? Are you using any localised oestrogen? I understand you do not wish to try HRT but some members who are not on HRT will still use locialised oestrogen.

From what other ladies are saying I think it might be not there all the time but so uncomfortable when it does last 2 days have been awful so think ill speak to my gp thankyou
