Does anyone know if vagifem or ovestin increase blood plasma for oestrogen?
Thanks

Morning - I would ask a Pharmacist to investigate.

The amount of estrogen released from Vagifem is generally minimal and is mostly confined to the local tissues of the vagina, so it does not significantly increase estrogen levels in the blood plasma.

The systemic absorption of estriol from Ovestin, like Vagifem, is relatively low, meaning that it also does not substantially increase estrogen levels in the blood plasma when used in recommended doses.
