Title: Utrogestan sensitive

If I am 5 or more hours late in taking 100 mg of Utrogestan vaginally I start bleeding for around 4-5 days. This is accompanied by a crash in my mood.
Does anyone have any experience or advice on this?
I am post - meno and take estrogel  4 pumps.
Does anyone have advice on a regime taking less Utrogestan as it really does affect my mood.
