Title: Kliofem to Evorel Conti

I was on Kliofem for over a year which worked really well until a month or two ago when the sleepless nights and hot flushes amongst other things returned. My GP has changed me to the Evorel Conti patches which seem to have less oestrogen in them which doesn’t seem to make sense has any one any advice regarding this, thanks x

Hi Evorel Conti is roughly the same as Kliofem.  You might absorb differently though so it might be better or worse. If you have a return of symptoms then it’s likely that you will need a higher dose of oestrogen which would mean a 75 patch or 3 pumps of gel and a separate progesterone.
