Title: what car insurance are you with

Hi all

In the process of moving and paying two rents for a time, my car insurance direct debit got returned, they don't seem to have tried again even though the funds are there. 

I've tried calling them but they have a machine talking about all manner of things other than what I'm calling them about.  To pay and explain.

They've also served a default notice immediately.

Wondering if anyone knows of a good car insurance firm and I will change immediately.  I need someone who's helpful on the phone though, I'm not sitting on the end of a phone for an hour.  Not today.

I'm with LV but through a broker. The broker is amazing at sorting things out if there's a problem.

Thanks everyone.  This is Sheila's Wheels, I used to hate that advert they had in the 90s, and now I'm with them.  Not for long.
